Our Story
We founded Shepard Home Inspections in 2019 and have since outgrown that name. We are more than just Shepard since Dillon has joined the team, and we are more than just Home since we now do so many other types of services.
We are proud to be growing as Open Door Property Inspections. You can expect the same thorough and expert home inspections as Shepard Home Inspections. We are also qualified to do code inspections (IRC 2021), HUD compliance inspections, commercial property inspections, mold & air quality reports, Phase I environmental site assessments, and drone photography.
